The Butterfly of Death and Horrors

I sketched this guy a while ago, intending to make fun of the trend of designing a costume and calling it character design. But once the Death Butterfly was born, finishing the painting became a moral imperative. I tried to get more character into the face as I went so it doesn't exactly match the original intention of the piece.
